Life Transitions

A red sports car driving on a winding country road surrounded by green trees and hills under a cloudy sky.

I support individuals and families as they navigate life transitions when something is shifting, ending, or asking to be redefined. This may include changes in relationships, career paths, identity, or where and how you live. These seasons can feel disorienting, tender, and complex.

Grief & Loss

I hold space for people navigating grief and loss in its many forms. Grief may follow the death of a loved one, the ending of a relationship, changes in identity, or the quiet loss of what once felt familiar or certain. These experiences can feel heavy and difficult to name.

These experiences can show up in many ways:

Emotional:
Anxiety, depression, stress, overwhelm, burnout, anger

Navigating Neurodivergence:ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences, learning disabilities

Life Changes:Job loss, relationship shifts, health concerns, becoming a parent, co-parenting, immigrating

Loss & Grief:Pet loss, death of a loved one, break up, separation, divorce, sense of identity

Life transitions and grief often unfold together, and what may present as anxiety, depression, or other challenges can actually be our body and mind's way of processing profound change and loss.

If you recognize yourself here, you don't have to go through this alone. Let's connect and explore how therapy can support you.
