Trauma

I support individuals healing from trauma at a pace that feels safe and empowering. Trauma can shape how we experience ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. When appropriate, I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help process difficult experiences, reduce distress, and foster healing with compassion and care.

ADHD

I collaborate with individuals with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in understanding how their brain works with compassion. ADHD can affect focus, organization, emotional regulation, relationships, and daily routines. Together, we'll develop practical strategies while recognizing ADHD as a source of strength, creativity, and unique perspectives, helping you work with your brain instead of against it.
