Scope of Practice & Safety Policy

\My practice is rooted in creating a safe, steady, and deeply attuned space for individuals, couples, and families seeking meaningful change and healing. As a solo practitioner, I offer depth-oriented care that is relational, culturally responsive, and grounded in integrity.

To ensure I can provide the best support within my capacity, I currently focus on working with clients ages 13 and up. All sessions are conducted virtually, and I take a flexible, creative approach to meet adolescents in developmentally appropriate and supportive ways.

While I welcome complexity and hold space for those navigating trauma, identity, and emotional overwhelm, I am not equipped to serve as a crisis provider. If you are in need of immediate or emergency support, please contact your local crisis line, visit the nearest emergency room, or connect with a provider trained in higher levels of care.

If your needs fall outside my scope, I will gladly provide referrals to connect you with resources or providers who may be a more suitable fit.

Therapy Approach

My work is grounded in a relational and systemic lens, drawing on trauma-informed and culturally responsive frameworks. I integrate multiple modalities based on client needs, including:

  • Narrative Therapy

  • Satir Method

  • Family Systems

  • Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) and broader parts work

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFFT)

  • Somatic and body-based approaches

  • Discernment Therapy

  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy

  • Motivational Interviewing

  • Gottman Method (couples)

  • Culturally responsive and decolonizing frameworks
