Practice Information

My focus is supporting clients ages 18+, with the exception of younger members in family therapy. While I welcome complexity, as a solo practitioner, I am currently unable to serve as a crisis provider for folks in need of crisis stabilization or whose primary concerns fall outside my scope. When appropriate, I will provide referrals to help you connect with the right support.

I currently offer sessions in-person (Tacoma, WA) and via telehealth for clients located in Washington State. Please reach out to confirm current openings or schedule an appointment here.

Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Longer sessions may be available upon request. All sessions are held virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

My standard fee for my services are $165 for individual therapy, $195 for family therapy, and $225 for intake and assessments. I am in-network with Premera & LifeWise. See rates section for more information regarding payment and insurance coverage options.

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapy Associate (LMFTA) in Washington State. My license number is MG61655985.

As an associate clinician, I am operating under Washington State-approved clinical supervisors who ensures that I provide quality of care that aligns with the state’s ethical guidelines. I am committed to ongoing training and growth, and I integrate a range of approaches to provide depth-oriented, culturally responsive care.
