I offer compassionate support to individuals, couples, and families navigating life transitions, including relationship changes, career shifts, identity exploration, relocation, and other meaningful turning points. Therapy can be a space to honor what has changed, process what you are carrying, and move forward in a way that feels authentic and supportive of your becoming.
Life transitions and grief often unfold side by side. During these seasons of change, you may notice shifts in your relationships, identity, roles, or sense of direction. This might look like:
Relationship changes
Breakups, separation, or divorce
Becoming a parent
Caring for aging parents
Career changes or burnout
Relocation or immigration
Identity exploration and change
Cultural transitions
Leaving a religion, faith, or community
Navigating neurodivergence diagnosis (e.g., ADHD, autism, AuDHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, sensory processing differences, OCD, Tourette’s)

I extend support to folks navigating grief and loss. Grief can emerge from the death of a loved one, relationship endings, identity shifts, or the loss of what once felt certain. Together, we honor the reality of your loss, create space for your grief, and support you as you move forward in your own time and in your own way.

My focus is supporting clients ages 18 and up, with the exception of family members that are under 18 in family therapy. While I welcome complexity as a solo practitioner , I am currently unable to serve as a crisis provider for folks in need of crisis stabilization or whose primary concerns fall outside my scope. When appropriate, I will provide referrals to help you connect with the right support.

As a therapist who offers both virtual and in-person services, I acknowledge that I live and work on the traditional homelands of the Puyallup Tribe.
I gratefully honor and recognize the Puyallup People, who have lived on and stewarded this land since time immemorial and who continue to live, work, raise their children, care for their community, practice their traditional ways, and speak the Twulshootseed language today.
