• I offer compassionate support with individuals and their support system navigating early or late Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) diagnosis with a focus on strengths, identity, and acceptance.

Life Transitions

  • I provide gentle guidance through seasons of loss, identity shifts, and life changes, honoring both pain and resilience.

  • I extend a safe and grounded space to process and heal from past experiences, rebuild trust in yourself and relationships, and restore a sense of safety and wholeness.

Are you feeling stuck as you navigate transitions in your life? Let’s explore where you are feeling stuck and start mapping together on how therapy can help guide you towards empowerment.

Therapy Approach

My approach is grounded in depth-oriented, relational, and culturally responsive frameworks to support clients in reconnecting with themselves and transforming the stories that shape their lives. Therapy with me is a space for reflection, authenticity, and growth at your own pace.
I integrate multiple modalities based on client needs, including:

  • Narrative Therapy

  • Family Systems

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)

PRACTICE INFORMATION

  • My focus is supporting clients ages 18 and up, with the exception of family members that are under 18 in family therapy. While I welcome complexity as a solo practitioner , I am currently unable to serve as a crisis provider for folks in need of crisis stabilization or whose primary concerns fall outside my scope. When appropriate, I will provide referrals to help you connect with the right support.

  • I currently offer sessions in-person (Tacoma) and via telehealth for clients located in Washington State. My schedule includes limited daytime and evening availability; please reach out to confirm current openings or schedule an appointment here.

  • Standard sessions are 50-55 minutes. Longer sessions may be available upon request. All sessions are held virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

  • My standard fee for my services are $165 for individual therapy, $175 for intake and assessments, and $195 for couples & family therapy. See rates section for more info. You will receive a Good Faith Estimate in line with the No Surprises Act. At this time, I do not bill insurance directly. I can provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Contact me via email me at nabi@chrysaliswithintherapy.com or call/text 206-801-0306. I typically respond within 1–3 business days. To request an appointment, click here.

  • Cancellations made on the day of the session or no-shows (no notice and no attendance) will be charged the full session fee.

Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late without prior communication will be considered a no-show and charged the full session fee. If you notify me that you’ll be late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time and the full session rate will apply.

Cancellations or reschedules made two (2) days or more before the scheduled session will not incur any fee.

I understand that emergencies or illness can arise unexpectedly; in such cases, fees may be waived at my discretion.

  • I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapy Associate (LMFTA) in Washington State. My license number is MG61655985. As an associate clinician, I am operating under a licensed supervisor who ensures that I provide quality of care that aligns with the state’s ethical guidelines. I am committed to ongoing training and growth, and I integrate a range of approaches to provide depth-oriented, culturally responsive care.

  • As a therapist who offers both virtual and in-person services, I acknowledge that I live and work on the traditional homelands of the Puyallup Tribe.

I gratefully honor and recognize the Puyallup People, who have lived on and stewarded this land since time immemorial and who continue to live, work, raise their children, care for their community, practice their traditional ways, and speak the Twulshootseed language today.
