Intake & Assessments
Intake: The intake session is an essential 80-minute foundation where we gather information about your needs, create a personalized treatment plan, and establish open communication for our therapeutic work together.
Assessments: When deeper understanding or specialized evaluation is needed beyond our initial intake, assessment sessions provide valuable clinical insights and documentation to guide our therapeutic work.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a compassionate space where you can be who you are while getting to know yourself more deeply. When we truly understand ourselves, that insight naturally overflows into our relationships and how we view life. My role is to meet you exactly where you are, and we can walk this journey together until you feel confident enough to navigate life on your own. Throughout our work, I'll check in with your progress and feedback on how my approach is being received, re-evaluating as needed. I see you as the expert of your own life and I hope to build trust between us where we can communicate effectively in our therapeutic relationship.
Family Therapy
Family therapy provides a supportive space for families struggling to communicate, especially with parent-child dynamics. I help refine communication tools and introduce new approaches for healthier, more secure relationships. We'll explore conflict patterns and spoken/unspoken rules influencing your family dynamics. Sessions are tailored to your needs as individuals and family members, with individual check-ins as needed. I am committed to creating a warm and safe space where everyone has the opportunity to speak and be seen and heard, while actively naming both the challenges and care that co-exist in family relationships. All family forms such as biological, chosen, or any structure that feels like family are welcome!
I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy throughout Washington State, working with adults (18+) and younger members in family therapy sessions.
I help with challenges related to life transitions and grief, including:
Emotional: Anxiety, depression, stress, overwhelm
Neurodivergence: ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences, learning disabilities
Life Changes: Job loss, relationship shifts, health concerns, relocating
Loss & Grief: Pet loss, death of family member, divorce, sense of identity
